Bahama Mama Bellaire offers shipping, pickup, and/or delivery options for eligible products and destinations. Because
some products are age-restricted or subject to special federal and state requirements, shipping availability varies by
product and destination.

Eligible Products
Not every physical-store product is eligible for online shipment. Products may be restricted based on federal/state/local
law, product category, age requirements, carrier/payment requirements, or supplier restrictions.

Nicotine & Vape Products
Nicotine disposable vapes and other ENDS are subject to additional requirements for online sales, including age
verification, tax compliance, reporting, labeling, recordkeeping, carrier requirements, and federal/state/local
requirements. We may restrict nicotine/vape shipping where all requirements cannot be satisfied.

Hemp-Derived Products
Eligible hemp-derived products may be shipped only where permitted by applicable law. Certain hemp products may be
unavailable for shipment even when available in-store.

Customers purchasing age-restricted products must complete applicable age verification. Additional government-issued
identification may be required at pickup or delivery. Orders may be cancelled if verification cannot be completed.

Delivery
Where local delivery is offered, valid government-issued identification may be required. Delivery may be refused if the
recipient cannot satisfy age or identity requirements.

Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, regulatory requirements,
age verification, address problems, product availability, payment processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Discreet Packaging
Where permitted by law and carrier requirements, orders may be shipped in standard packaging without unnecessary
product descriptions on the exterior.

Shipping Restrictions
We may restrict shipping to any state, territory, city, county, or jurisdiction. If an order cannot legally be shipped, we may
cancel the affected item and issue an applicable refund.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply to packages
returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us promptly if a package is damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered. We will work with the carrier and
customer to investigate.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Free-shipping promotions may exclude age-restricted products,
