Bahama Mama Bellaire offers certain hemp-derived products that may contain cannabinoids, including Delta-9 THC.
These products are offered only where permitted by applicable law.

21+ Only
Hemp-derived consumable products are available only to customers who meet applicable age requirements. In Texas,
applicable CHP purchases require the purchaser to be 21 or older and require valid government-issued identification to
be inspected before completion of the sale.

Delta-9 THC
Eligible Texas consumable hemp products must comply with applicable Texas requirements concerning Delta-9 THC
concentration. Texas DSHS states that CHPs may contain Delta-9 THC at no more than 0.3% concentration on a
dry-weight basis, subject to applicable requirements.

Product Testing
Where applicable, products are supported by laboratory testing documentation. Customers should review the applicable
Certificate of Analysis (COA) before purchasing. A COA may provide cannabinoid content, batch identification, testing,
and other laboratory results.

Product Labeling
Applicable Texas hemp products must satisfy Texas labeling requirements, including product name, manufacturer
information, batch/lot information, batch date, applicable Delta-9 certification, COA URL, and other required information.

No Medical Claims
Bahama Mama Bellaire does not make medical claims regarding hemp-derived products. Products are not intended to
diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or medical conditions.

FDA Disclaimer
Unless expressly stated otherwise, statements regarding hemp-derived products have not been evaluated by the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual Results
Individual responses can vary. Customers should review product labels, ingredients, cannabinoid content, warnings, and
applicable laboratory information before purchasing. Do not drive or operate machinery while impaired.

Delta-8
Texas law and regulatory guidance concerning Delta-8 THC have changed. Bahama Mama Bellaire does not represent
that Delta-8 products are lawful merely because they are described as hemp-derived. Products may be removed or
restricted based on current Texas law or guidance.

Availability may change based on regulatory requirements, laboratory results, product labeling, supplier availability,
state/local restrictions, or manufacturer changes.
