We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because Bahama Mama Bellaire sells age-restricted, consumable,
inhalable, personal-use, and lifestyle products, certain products cannot be returned once sold.

Eligible Returns
Eligible unopened and unused merchandise may be considered for return within 14 days of purchase or delivery. The
item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, complete, in resalable condition, and accompanied by proof of
purchase.

Non-Returnable Products
We generally do not accept returns of opened nicotine products, disposable vapes, vape cartridges, e-liquids, opened
hemp products, THC gummies, THC beverages, hemp flower, pre-rolls, tinctures, oils, tobacco products, cigarettes,
cigars, opened smoking accessories, used personal-use products, gift cards, or final-sale merchandise.

Apparel
Unworn apparel may be returned within 14 days if in original, resalable condition with original tags attached. Used,
washed, damaged, or altered apparel is not eligible.

Damaged or Defective Products
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request order information, proof of purchase, photographs,
packaging, batch/lot number, and a description. If verified, we may provide replacement, store credit, or refund as
permitted by law.

Incorrect Product
If we send an incorrect product, contact us promptly. After verification, we will work to provide an appropriate
replacement or refund.

Opened Consumable Products
Opened or used consumable products generally cannot be returned, including hemp-derived gummies, beverages, oils,
tinctures, vape products, tobacco products, and other consumable or inhalable products.

Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment
processor and financial institution.

Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged at our discretion. Age-restricted products remain subject to applicable
age-verification requirements.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the order was returned because of an
error attributable to Bahama Mama Bellaire.

Regulatory Cancellation
An order may be cancelled if a product cannot legally be sold, shipped, delivered, or transferred to the customer’s
destination. When appropriate, the customer will receive a refund for the cancelled item.

Fraud or Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds involving suspected fraud, abuse, repeated excessive returns, altered
products, or policy violations.
