and applicable hemp-derived products.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase these products.

Online Purchases
Customers purchasing age-restricted products online must complete applicable age verification before an order can be
fulfilled. Depending on product and fulfillment method, additional identification may be required.

Government-Issued Identification
For applicable hemp-derived products sold in Texas, the purchaser must be verified as 21 or older using valid
government-issued identification before completion of the sale. Tobacco and nicotine products are also subject to
applicable federal and Texas identification requirements.

Pickup & Delivery
Customers picking up or receiving age-restricted products may be required to present valid government-issued photo
identification. Information may need to correspond with order information. If requirements cannot be satisfied, the
transaction may be refused or cancelled.

Failed Verification
An order may be cancelled if age cannot be verified, identification is invalid, information does not match, the customer is
under 21, the destination is restricted, or applicable legal requirements cannot be satisfied.

Privacy
Age-verification information may be processed by third-party verification providers. Bahama Mama Bellaire may receive
verification results or limited information necessary to determine whether an order can legally be fulfilled. See our Privacy

Responsible Retailing
